As a key member of staff in this practice, I have worked closely with lead architects and technicians in the development and production of projects from feasibility to completion.

Working on a variety of projects including high-end residential, mixed use, commercial, public buildings, premier volume house builder, educational, and residential projects for medium sized developers.

Responsibilities:

·         Planning

o   Preparation and submission of planning/presentation drawings

o   Design and Access Statements

o   Liaison with Planning Authorities

·         Building Control

o   Preparation of information for Building Regulations submission

o   Liaison with Building Control for clearance of Scheduled Items

·         Construction

o   Upon request, preparation of details for construction purposes

o   Setting out details

Junior Technician  | Paul Jones Architects

16/02/2006 -08/09/2006

As a junior member of staff, I worked under the Managing Director and Lead Architect.

Responsibilities included transferring original hand drafted working drawings to vector format for archiving purposes, creating visualizations for planning purposes using 3D Viz software, preparing planning applications (documents and drawings) and other office management tasks.
